Emergencies

Cases include emergencies at home, work, or on the road, requiring medical help. Our services are covered by all medical aid schemes and we have reduced rates for our private clients.

Please Note: Some medical schemes are extremely strict about what they cover. Ensure you have read and understand the PMB’s (Prescribed Minimum Benefits) of your scheme. 

In a real medical and or trauma emergency, you are allowed to utilise any registered ambulance service and the scheme will cover the regulated costs.

As with all medical practices, the patient is responsible to ensure the account is paid within 30 days of invoice submission to the scheme.

MEMBERSHIPS allow clients to become VIP members, leading to faster response times and the possibility of having transportation expenses covered. Your medical scheme determines the rates, so they will pay their portion while non-members are responsible for the remaining balance. By becoming a member, you can avoid co-payments and receive assistance when you need it.

We can assist in further out areas yet will only do so when no other service providers are available to provide a faster response time.
