Our Dispatch Centre

At Immediate Medical, our dispatch centre is staffed round the clock by highly skilled call takers and dispatchers with extensive medical training. We understand the critical nature of emergency situations, which is why we ensure that our centre operates continuously.

To enhance the efficiency of our operations, we rely on a state-of-the-art Computer Aided Dispatching System. This cutting-edge technology enables us to monitor, track, and communicate with our fleet of vehicles and dedicated medics while they are on duty. By using this system, we are able to maintain a comprehensive overview of our national footprint of service providers. It allows us to promptly identify and respond to emergency and transfer cases, ensuring a seamless and efficient dispatch process.

Additionally, the system provides us with real-time updates on traffic conditions and potential delays. This information is crucial as it empowers us to make informed decisions regarding the most effective routes to take. By mitigating delays caused by traffic congestion, we can reduce response times and provide faster medical assistance to those in need.
Furthermore, our dispatch centre is seamlessly integrated with other essential services, such as Metro Western Cape. This collaboration allows us to request and receive additional resources and support whenever necessary. By working together, we ensure a coordinated response to emergencies, offering the highest level of care to our patients.
