Immediate Memberships provides our clients with dedicated paramedical assistance 24 hour a day.

Members have the option of assistance only or to include transportation in a medical emergency.

Our memberships only cover Somerset West, Strand, Gordons Bay, Macassar and Grabouw.

Assist Only - R49.00 / month per person

  • The assistance option provides the member a guarantee that when an emergency occurs you will receive paramedical assistance from our dedicated Members only Response Vehicle.

  • The Response Vehicle is fully equipped with paramedical items for the best and most efficient treatment of the patient. 

  • Active Members receive 3 assistance call outs per annum free of charge and this includes the medical consultation and onsite treatment of the patient.

  • The call outs can be utilised as needed for medical emergencies and queries.

  • All members receive free telephonic consultations and discussions.

  • If the patient requires ambulance transportation to a hospital, this can be arranged however the costs of the transport will be the patient's responsibility to pay for from either their medical scheme or themselves to the ambulance service transporting the patient.

  • Minimum terms of 24 months (2 years)

  • You can upgrade to the Assist and Transport Option at any time.

  • Medical Schemes do not pay for call outs, this cover does.

Assist and Emergency Transport - R99.00 / month per person or R350.00 per family of 4

  • The Assist and Transport option provides the patient all items in the ASSIST package, plus it covers the costs of 2 emergency transport per annum per membership.

  • Minimum terms of 24 months (2 years)

Specialised covers are available for:

Schools, Farms, Businesses, Retirement Villages, Elderly Care Facilities, Guest Houses and many more.

Our Membership Packages are designed to cover specific communities and takes into account the relevant resources and destinations available.

Payments

Members can pay for the memberships by either a monthly debit order or a once off card or EFT payment for the full 24 months.

All memberships have a once off application fee of R200.00 due on first debit / payment.

Immediate Memberships are powered and managed by IMC Assist. All debit orders will reflect IMC Assist.
