Current HPCSA registration

Code 8 drivers License with PrDP Passenger (Code 10 preferred)

5 years road operations experience with a private EMS service

Sober habits with no criminal record (Criminal-checks will be done)

Ability to work as a team in a team environment

Own reliable transport to work

Able to work shifts as required by the company.

Computer skills are mandatory - We operate with electronic patient report forms

Applicants with less than 2 years private EMS experience or no drivers license with PrDP-P may apply for a 12 month Intern position

Job Descriptions

3 month probation period with monthly reviews

Provide effective, efficient, skilled and valued medical treatment and transportation per your qualification

Covering emergency and transfer cases for private and medical scheme patients as required, short and long Distance.

Adhere to the company standards and policies

Safe operation of company vehicles and equipment and maintain a high level of professionalism

Being able to work in a high stress environment while having outstanding people skills to patients, clients and fellow employees

Patient and client relations within a professional environment

Shift patterns may be 12 hour, 9 hour or other as required from your set out monthly roster

Event cover within shift or as an additional earning.

Training - internal or external provided

All staff must be found competent and maintain competency with our internal theory and practical tests. This includes patient care and management, driving and productivity.

This includes ongoing training, periodic assessments and ePRF monitoring.
